How to Download your Photos to your Computer

Step 1. Open your Summary page of all of your Photo shoots.

Step 2. Click the "Download Photos" link.

Step 3. A dialog box will appear, click the SAVE, not open button. This will save the photos to your computer

Step 4. You should save it to your Desktop so you know where it is.

Step 5. After its finished downloading, on your computer go to where you saved the file.

Step 6. Right click on the file, you should see a option " Extract All ", select it

FYI: if you right click on the file after download and don't see " Extract All " then you or someone else installed other software on the computer to open up this type of .zip file.

Step 7. Just take the defaults.

Step 8. Open the folder it created, you should see 2 folders. " sized for print " & " sized for mls".

Step 9. Go into "sized for mls" and select your photos as you normally would for the mls
